Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes, which are not included in the shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Important Exception: Due to hygiene regulations, certain personalized or licensed apparel items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. This includes all AHSAA and AIA licensed products such as umpire caps, referee shirts, and jackets with conference or association logos.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Our return address in Indianapolis, IN

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your request within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with returns.

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • If the replacement costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
